Our scallops are hand-shucked within hours of harvesting from the ocean floor and only the best are selected for our Trisome Brand. From the point of harvesting at sea through processing and packaging in our HAACP-certified facilities, Trisome Foods maintains the highest quality assurance standards in the industry.
