Ingredients:
Scallops on the Half Shell
3/4 Stick melted Butter
2-3 cloves chopped garlic
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
1/2 tsp Seasoned Sale
Optional: Hot Sauce
Take Scallops off shells. Mix 1/2 stick butter, garlic, lemon/lime juice and salt with optional hot sauce. Spoon 1/2 tsp. of mixture over scallops, broil 4" from heat for 3-4 minutes. Careful not to overcook scallops. Place scallop on Shell. Serve Hot.
